Introducing the Capsule Wardrobe Program

What is a capsule wardrobe?

Our definition of a capsule wardrobe is a small collection of basic clothing items that enhance your wardrobe, show off your personal style and flatter your specific shape.

Once a month we will be holding a Capsule Wardrobe Consultation with a professional stylist.  You will receive a questionnaire after signing up so that our stylist can prepare ideas and inspiration specifically for you! This program is structured so that after you have attended your wardrobe consultation, you can sign up for any machine sewing classes that fit your schedule to work on building your capsule wardrobe items.

What you get with the program:

  • Style Consultation with a professional stylist.

  • A capsule wardrobe binder including

    • A custom created vision board

    • A printout of your style questionnaire answers

    • Measurement sheet

    • A list of useful resources for buying and sourcing materials

    • Folders to hold your pattern pieces

How it works

First: You become a part of the program by signing up online for the Capsule Wardrobe Style Consultation which will be hosted once a month with our amazing featured stylist Lindsay Olzak.

Second: After you book online you will receive an email with the capsule wardrobe style questionnaire.

Third: You attend the the consultation

At the consultation you will pick 5 items total for your capsule.

The categories are shirt, pants, skirt, dress, and jacket. You can double up and do more than one item in a category if you prefer.

  • Our stylist will go over her recommendations for shapes and colors based on the questionnaire you filled out before the class.

  • You will choose colors, patterns and get advice on fabrics for those five garments.

When you come to machine sewing class to begin working on your pieces, we start making a muslin (mock-up) for custom fit before we cut the garment in your real fabric. That way we can ensure the fit of the garment and save time later.

  • After the garment is complete and the pattern has been adjusted you can pay an additional fee for your paper pattern version.

The two hour stylist consultation will cost $145.

Our Premier session is fully booked! April session is available.

You can email us to get on a waitlist. If we see enough interest there is a possibility of additional dates.
